How We Use Cookies & Similar Technologies

Last Updated: April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how CR3W Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on cr3w.app (the "Platform"). This policy is designed to comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the EU ePrivacy Directive, and applicable US state privacy laws. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They help the website remember information about your visit (e.g., whether you are logged in), which can make your next visit easier and the site more useful to you. Cookies can be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (stored on your device until they expire or are deleted).

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are typically set in response to actions made by you, such as logging in or setting your privacy preferences. Without these cookies, services you have requested cannot be provided. Under UK PECR, these cookies do not require your prior consent.

  • Authentication cookies: Set by Supabase to maintain your secure login session across pages.
  • Security cookies: Help detect and prevent fraudulent activity and protect your account.
  • Session state cookies: Remember your preferences within a session (e.g., cookie consent status).

2.2 Performance & Analytics Cookies

These cookies collect anonymous information about how visitors use the Platform — such as which pages are most visited and how users navigate the site. All data collected is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you directly. We use this data to improve the Platform experience.

  • Page view analytics: Used to understand traffic patterns and popular content.
  • Error tracking: Used to identify and fix platform issues faster.

Note: We will only place Performance & Analytics cookies on your device if you provide explicit, affirmative consent via our Cookie Banner.

2.3 Functional Cookies

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering your display preferences. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you decline these cookies, some features may not function properly. We only set these cookies with your explicit consent.

2.4 Targeting / Advertising Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies on the Platform. We do not track you across the web to serve targeted advertising.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some of our pages may include content from third-party services. These third parties may set their own cookies when you interact with their services. We do not control these cookies and recommend reviewing the relevant third-party privacy policies:

  • PostHog: Product analytics cookies, which are used to understand how the platform is used. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: Essential security and fraud-prevention cookies set during the checkout process for mentorship bookings. See Stripe's Cookie Policy.
  • Cal.com: Session and timezone detection cookies used by our embedded scheduling infrastructure. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.

4. How to Manage Cookies

You have the right to choose whether or not to accept non-essential cookies. You can control and delete cookies through our on-site Cookie Banner or your browser settings at any time. Please note that restricting strictly necessary cookies may break the functionality of the Platform (in particular, you will not be able to stay logged in). Most browsers provide options to:

  • View cookies stored on your device;
  • Delete some or all cookies;
  • Block cookies from specific websites or all websites;
  • Browse in private/incognito mode to avoid persistent cookies.

Guidance for common browsers:

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC) & Do Not Track

Some browsers and extensions offer a "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) or "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. We honour GPC signals where technically feasible and do not drop non-essential cookies if a GPC signal is detected.

6. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please re-visit this page regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies.

7. Contact Us
